The full height suite has a modern open layout, large bedrooms, full large windows, mixed flooring with carpet in the bedrooms and vct tile in the great room, kitchen and bathroom. Your patio faces east onto a greenspace. Possibility of a garden. Single person lives upstairs, owner occupied.
I am looking for green leaning people who embrace composting and recycling, want to live in a home using solar hot water (I turn the element off in the HWT for most of April through Oct 15th. with ample hot water) and who mostly will use a clothes line (provided) or rack for drying.
The hydro bill is shared. Rent includes water, Telus tv and internet.
Electric heat, woodstove upstairs.
Cat OK.
I like dogs, but not in this suite, sorry.
