Hi!
My name is Riley and I'm looking for a female roommate to share a house located in rural Saanich beginning August 1st. This property is for someone who has a car, there is lots of parking - the bus stop is quite far. The house has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, it is furnished besides your bedroom - and if you have more furniture I'm sure I can make some room! The landlord will require a 1 year signed commitment for $1500/month shared between the both of us.
A bit about me:
I'm a 28 year old female working at RJH and I'm a student at Camosun. I generally work Monday-Friday 8am to 4pm, so the week days are pretty quiet for me. I go to school in the evenings and weekends, but my schedule will change this September. I'm easy to get along with and enjoy exploring this beautiful island. I love the outdoors: hiking, gardening and beaches. I like to keep a clean house, I'm not obsessive but I like to stay on top of things. I'm vegetarian, but if you aren't that's perfectly fine. I have a golden doodle named Wallace, he's very affectionate and well behaved. My doodle is 7 months old, house trained and acts like a puppy! He is a sweetheart and if you love dogs as much as me then you will fall in love with him.
What I'm looking for:
A female student/professional around my age who loves the outdoors and enjoys living outside of the busy city. Sorry no couples; my agreement with the landlord is to have one roommate and no visitors sleeping over. Clean and tidy -must pickup after yourself and care about this house like it's your own. I'm sorry but we have 2 dogs on the property and are unable to accept anymore animals at this time. No smokers please, I can't stand the smell. No parties; the other house on the property has a baby so we must be reasonable with the noise. I'm looking for someone who enjoys an active/healthy/happy lifestyle. If you enjoy gardening we have lots of space to grow anything you want.
