It has a fixed front wheel as opposed to the revolution wheel (think Bob strollers used to say the fixed wheel gave better stability / was better for jogging etc... but the rotating front wheel gave better turning etc...).
I bought the bar attachment maybe 2 years ago and it's in perfect condition.
The unit also folds up nicely for transport.
Get the stroller and the bar for less than just the cost of the attachment bar!
