A 7 year $140,000 US dollar custom refit just finished, not including the cost of more than 1500 hours of labour, including two years out of the water in a barn where it was transformed into a like new boat. The refit was just been completed in June 2018 in preparation for an offshore trip. The bottom was painted and a 24 day trip around Van Isle as a "shake down" was completed in June. The boat performed flawlessly. Important refit items include brand new sails and strong track in May/2018, brand new maxprop, new PSS shaft seal, newer standing rigging with Norseman fittings, new chainplates, new thru hulls, new wiring, new interior joinery, like new Yanmar 40 HP engine just serviced with total of 1000 hours, full electronics, solid dodger, autopilot, Monitor windvane, 450 W solar panels. Fatty knees dinghy on custom chocks, liferaft, new Jordan series drogue, thousands in spares, and the list goes on and on. Must see to appreciate the workmanship and value. The boat is US registered and must be delivered in US waters but is available for viewing locally until September. Price is in US dollars and is firm.
