San Juan 24 in great shape and loaded with extras in North Saanich, British Columbia for sale

The San Juan 24 is an excellent boat. A lot of people have learned to sail on these boats and more experienced sailors have used them for cruising all around the San Juan and Gulf Islands, even up to Desolation Sound. This particular boat has:

Cecilia Rose is a great boat and in great shape. The primary issue is cosmetic, there is some peeling paint in the v-berth and she could use some new deck paint at some point. The cosmetics have never been that vital to me, seaworthiness is all I care about, and she has that in spades. So easy to sail and maintain, and in excellent shape.
I have two kids going to an independent school this fall so the boat has to go.
