Fantastic car, my daily driver for 7 years. Reason I'm selling is I got an unexpected deal on a new one.
Champagne color van has no rips or tears, and is clean. Electric adjustable captain chair for driver, easy to adjust while driving. Strong heater and air conditioning system for temperature comfort. Radio and cd player. Stow&go seating to choose how many seats you want (2-7) and the rest fold easily into the floor. Tinted windows on sides and back for privacy and sun protection. Lock nuts for wheels to prevent theft. Several power outlets throughout car.
Powerful 3.8L SMPI V6 engine for sporty performance with 215hp@5000 rpm and 245 Torque @4000 rpm. Trailer hitch tows 2000 lbs (1 ton), handles most boats and utility trailer loads no problem. Roof rack (Adjustable) useful for construction supplies and canoes. Great for doing renovations, can fit a sheet of plywood inside. Can fit a futon in it for camping with room to spare for rest of gear. The Champagne color gives it an edge in looking clean longer than other cars.
Front wheel drive for stability in difficult driving conditions, new all season tires, 4-Speed Automatic transmission with Overdrive, 20 Gallon fuel tank which helps with longer trips, and has a MPG of 25 on the Hwy and 18 in the city. Air bags for driver and passenger, braking system has traction control with DISC brakes. Power windows, power mirrors, keyless entry.
The car is in good shape mechanically. Whenever something seems off I take it in to Gorge Vale Auto, and I have an all points inspection whenever I get an oil change. New brakes put in recently, for example.
It has a few quirks as well. Turn signal doesn't turn off automatically, must be done manually. Left side door has no interior pin to unlock it. (could be as easy as getting a pin.) It's gotten a few scratches over the years that have been touched up. A few partial cracks in plastic. Windshield wipers don't match (easy fix), and I figure it's going to be due for a new battery before next winter. (in 10 months).
Kelly blue book values this model, year and features at about $5000 to $8000 CDN in good condition, and suggests $6500.
I'd like to sell by end of February as March will be a busy month for me. $5500 for quick sale.
