1970's Fender Strat (USA) in North Saanich, British Columbia for sale

Just set up, restrung and cleaned up.
Part of an estate sale for a music store owner; info below provided by a guitar tech who's experienced with vintage Fenders;
70's neck (most likely earlier 70's as the headstock printing changed in mid-late 70's)
Vintage body probably ash or alder (heavy wood, don't know if this is the original finish or not)
Converted to 4 bolt, new plate.
Newer Fender Hard Case
Fender Noiseless pickups
Newer pick guard, replaced dials
And that's pretty much all the info I can provide on our end
