XBox 360 Compatible Electric Guitar in North Saanich, British Columbia for sale

Near mint condition guitar that is compatible with the XBox 360 game "Power Gig: Rise of the Six String". This guitar has some kind of humbucker pickup, tone and volume controls, XBox 360 buttons and a fret silencer so you can practice fretting and strumming without making noise. The guitar is in great condition, however it has an aftermarket sticker that can be removed upon request. Due to it's smaller size, this guitar has difficulty staying in tune in standard and has been tuned to GCFA#DG to allow for better intonation. This is a good guitar to learn on for someone younger, to use for camping and road trips or to use with the game if you can find a copy of it.
I am open to trades for other gear as well.
