Available November 1, 15 or December 1. Furnished bedroom for rent in a clean shared 3 bedroom house. Share with two other people. Small pets ok. Bathroom is partially shared with one other person.
$650 per month inclusive of all utilities. Deposit is $325.
12 ft X 11ft room with lots of light and nice size closet. Furnished with double bed, desk and desk chair. Bed and bath linens provided if wanted. All rooms on the main floor of the house, free shared laundry is downstairs. There is a large backyard . Kitchen is nice size and fully equipped; gas range, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, small deep freeze, and plenty of room for more than one person at a time.
We are a progressive, open minded household looking for someone similar. Ideally our new housemate will be relaxed, independent, responsible, reasonably tidy, and easy to get along with. Three good natured felines in residence. We are one student and one professional.
