I am renting a room in my 3 bedroom house because it's pretty big for one person! Couples would be considered for $1200. The large room comes furnished with a bed, desk and TV. Everything is included heat, hydro, cable, internet and laundry. You get pretty much your own renovated bathroom cause I have my own ensuite. There are currently no pets in the house but I would consider a pet if you had one. You get your own parking spot as well.
My house is relatively quiet because it's only me. It's a 5 minute walk to Camosun Interurban Campus so I'm situated in the Royal Oak area. Close to commonwealth pool and other amenities.
About me: I'm late 30s and have an active lifestyle. I work alot so I'm not home that much. When I'm not working I'm volunteering with two organizations. I'm considered laid back and super friendly. I like to laugh but I really appreciate a quiet house. I'm social outside my house, so I'm not a party animal at all. I'm super young at heart and look like mid 20.
About you: I really don't care who you are as long as you're respectful to the house and my belongings. If your anger management classes has taught you to punch holes in walls you may want to consider a different place. Female or Male, young or old, doesn't matter; so if you're pretty cool and you get along with me it's all good.
