Furnished bedroom for rent. Available November 1 in a shared 3 bedroom house one block from the Gorge. Share with two other people. Cat and cat size ,or smaller, pets are ok. Bathroom is partially shared with one other person (other person bathes in other bathroom so you have the jetted tub to yourself).
$650 per month inclusive of utilities Wifi, cable, and local phone service included. Deposit is $325.
12 ft X 11ft room with lots of light and nice size closet. Furnished with double bed, desk and desk chair. Bed and bath linens provided if wanted. All rooms are on the main floor of the house, free shared laundry is downstairs. There is a large under-utilized backyard and patio area out back. Kitchen is nice size and fully equipped; it has a gas range, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, small deep freeze, and best of all, enough room for more than one person at a time.
We are a progressive, open minded household looking for someone similar. Ideally our new housemate will be relaxed, independent, responsible, reasonably tidy, and easy to get along with. Three good natured felines in residence. Would prefer a female housemate. We are one student and one professional.
