Project Boat in North Saanich, British Columbia for sale

Buchanan 36 built in Ontario Canada, sloop design. It is a project boat offshore full keel blue book registered. We lived on this vessel for 4 years. It is a steel boat. I took the boat out for some bottom paint and decided that it needed much more. I am in the process of a full restoration. I started to work on it a year ago and run out of steam and time. My work is keeping me from continuing the project. There is about 1100 hours on a Yanmar 35 hp freshwater cooled diesel engine. The manny in good shape sails, furling, windpilot steering and much, much more -- like paints, teak, new hatches well the list is endless. All the original word work has been saved to be either restored or used for templates. It is at Canoe Cove drydock - Sidney, BC. The price reflects the material that I bought last year including some tools like scaffolding, ladders etc,. The boat itself is 1$, material is approximately 3500. Her name is Cavale 3.
