Turn-Key 1977 Catalina 27 in North Saanich, British Columbia for sale

Fantastic boat. I bought her in April of 2013 and used her as a seasonal live-aboard for 4 summers. I lived aboard for 7 months each year, April - October.
I have sailed this boat from Victoria up to Desolation Sound and beyond for 4 summers running. I have crossed the straight numerous times and anchored in False Creek to enjoy downtown Vancouver and in remote areas like Princess Louisa Inlet.
Having spent so much time on the boat I have done a lot to make her livable, as well as keeping everything repaired and up to date and being sure everything is strong and in working order.
