7,5' overtuffed 'distressed-look' leatherette couch in North Saanich, British Columbia for sale

PRICED TO SELL TODAY AS WE NEED THE EXTRA ROOM BY TONIGHT!!
In great used condition, was close to $1200 new at Sears a few years ago. The leatherette fabric is in the 'distressed style', very cool... almost like bullhide.
Really, it's a fantastic couch...just trying to go towards the 'minimalist approach' (says the wife). lol,
We also have the matching armchair, (worth $520-ish new) but there was a hole chewed out of the arm when we first got our puppy. We just cover it up with a throw blanket and Bob's your uncle! We'd be willing to throw the chair in as a nice bonus if you take both pieces TONIGHT. We REALLY DO need the room PRONTO.
FIrst person with $200 cash and a truck gets it!
No haggling, really, that's a killer deal as is. (If we had the time we would wait and get at least twice that amount for them.)
