Antique sideboard in North Saanich, British Columbia for sale

This beautiful antique sideboard has a large bevelled edge oval mirror in the splashback which is supported by fluted brackets on either side. The sides of the piece are paneled as are the cabinet doors. There is a gorgeous crossbanding on the drawer facings, the cabinet doors, and between the cabinet doors. Although not the original, there is a key present that works well in both cabinet door locks. The drawers and cabinet doors have ornate brass drop pulls. The smooth operating drawers have dovetail joinery which is indicative of quality craftsmanship. Standing proudly on cabriole legs with scalloped brackets and pad .
