A 150' X 250' lit ring with new cedar hogfuel is large enough for a dressage ring and jumping as well as a natural horsemanship agility course. The sand lunge ring has been upgraded. The property is beautifully maintained and has direct access to horse trails in the 1600 acres of the Elk/Beaver Lake Park. The number of boarders is limited so that there is about 1 horse/acre.
Full board is $395/month and the horse owner is responsible for feed and hay which may be purchased here or ordered in. Local 1st cut and/or alfalfa/timothy (low glucose) is available. One
may bring in one's coach or a trainer is available here. Heated tack room, shower, lounge, two equine wash stalls and other amenities are available.
