Beautiful Sigma DG 150-500mm APO HSM ultra zoom lens in North Saanich, British Columbia for sale

I just purchase this lens used 2 weeks ago from Kerisdale Cameras here in Victoria for $701.00 and still have the receipt. the lens is the version previous to the current 150-600mm Contemporary lens and at more than half the price of that newer version or the Tamron 150-600mm G 1 and more than 1/3 of the price of the more expensive Sigma Sport or Tamron G2 version this lens is a bargain. What you get is a versatile ultra zoom that is quite sharp and equipped with Vibration reduction for hand held shooting. In terms of sharpness and VR it is quite similar to Nikon's 80-400mm ultra zoom. Sure the VR is noisier than the current version & the auto focus is a little slower but quite adequate for most situations. This lens is both practical and fun to use and will get you that bird or wildlife shot that you've been wanting to get. I'm only selling to help finance the purchase of another Nikon ultra zoom that I fell in love with. It also works very well with either Tamron or Sigma 1.4x teleconverters although with lower light it might take a little longer to find focus but that is to be expected at around f:8 or so. It come with the carry pouch the box & all the paperwork that it came with.
