Time to say good bye to our funky family trailer. Our family has spent some wonderful times in this 1978 Beachcomber trailer for the past 6 years, but we've moved and can no longer store it. It sleeps 4 and is a great minimalist trailer; a huge step up from tent camping for a good price to a handy family.
While we've had some good times with her, she has had some rough patches. She has a couple of leaks that will need the TLC of a handy person. I have recently sealed all the windows with marine grade silicon caulking.
It has a tow hitch with sway control bar. The trailer is about 2000 pounds dry so it can be towed with most SUVs or more powerful mini van.
It has been well cared for. The hand water pump has been replaced. It has a two year old deep cycle marine battery. Comes with a bike rack and awning. So, despite it's issues, it is ready for camping this summer!
